Personal sending pricing changes from 1 July 2025​

We want to be able to continue delivering what people care about well into the future. However, like many other businesses in New Zealand, we need to adapt to the changing market, which faces higher operating costs, inflation and challenges in labour resources.

So, to maintain our service quality and continue improving, we’re making adjustments to our prices from 1 July 2025 (unless specified otherwise).

Sending within NZ

The prices of the following mail products and services will be increasing: 

Standard Mail Letters

KiwiStamp Booklets  

60c per stamp  

PrePaid Envelopes  

14% per pack*  

* Price increases apply to some PrePaid envelopes for sending within NZ and depend on the specific product, with a maximum increase of 14%.
