Free service to quickly notify organisations about updated personal information including change of address
Easy, free & secure
Whether you’re about to move, have already moved, or want to update your email or phone number, using the Change my details service is the quickest way to notify your chosen organisations.
1. Verify
Verify that you are ‘you’ by submitting your New Zealand Driver Licence or New Zealand Passport.
2. Change
Update your details such as your address, home phone, mobile phone and email.
3. Choose
Choose the orgainsation(s) you wish to notify about your new details.
4. Submit
We'll send your updated details to your chosen organisations.
What you will need
NZ Driver Licence or passport
You'll need a New Zealand Driver Licence or New Zealand Passport to verify your identity. Don't have one? Use our Change service at an NZ Post store.
Customer or account number
Your chosen organisations may request your customer, account or card number before you can submit your request, so have these ready.
