Marketing messaging

When it comes to promoting NZ Post in your marketing, such as your website, customer journey comms, shopping carts and emails, it’s important that you get the words right. We want you to stay true to your brand and speak in your voice. But there are a few simple rules you need to follow when you include us in your conversations with customers.

How to talk about us

When using our company name, you should always refer to us as NZ Post (not New Zealand Post). Our Economy, Courier and Express product names all start with a capital letter. Our retail locations are called NZ Post stores.

Here is a list of approved messages that you can use to promote NZ Post as your delivery partner across your marketing. You can use these in your customer emails, website and socials.
