Change User Terms

Counter delivery
You may arrange for items sent via our postal network to be held at a PostShop or PostCentre for collection. Items addressed only to a town are treated as addresses for Counter delivery.

NZ Post's aim is to continuously improve our services and we may anonymously use your feedback to promote those services.

Hold mail
Your mail will be held at a New Zealand Post branch for the period specified by you (up to a maximum of 12 weeks in total including extensions).

Online Missed Delivery Service
Leave my parcel (one-time use)
Leave my parcel is where a recipient provides authorisation for New Zealand Post Limited, Express Couriers Limited (CourierPost and Pace) representatives and delivery agents (“Representatives”) to sign for and leave a parcel without obtaining a signature at the time of delivery.

PO Box and Private Bag services
Terms and conditions for PO Box and Private Bag services. A PO Box or Private Bag is the secure and convenient way to have your mail delivered.
PO Box and Private Bag services (virtual)
These Terms for your ‘virtual’ PO Box or Private Bag provided by NZ Post and the ancillary services related to it, together with your Application for the Box service, forms a “Box Contract” which is part of your agreement with us and must be read in conjunction with it.
PO Box notification
The notification service provides you with an email alerting you to the presence of a mail item in your PO Box.
Postcode directory
These national and regional Postcode Directories are copyright of New Zealand Post Limited and are provided for your personal use only.
Redirection
New Zealand Post Limited offers the Redirection service to individuals and business customers temporarily or permanently moving address, so mail addressed to your old address will be delivered to your new address.
Rural delivery
If you live in rural New Zealand, Rural Post can deliver your mail and CourierPost items as well as provide a pick up service for outgoing mail and CourierPost items, free of charge.
