Step 1. Weigh & measure your parcel
Find your parcel's actual and volumetric weight. The GREATER of the two will be the weight you should use when using our ticket table. The volumetric weight can be calculated using the equation below.
Volumetric weight = height (m) x width (m) x length (m) x 200
You can send up to 25 kg or up to 1.5 meters in length.
Step 2. Find the right ticket colour
View our region maps to find the ticket colour you'll need.
Step 3: Check our ticket table
Use the parcel weight and ticket colour to find which tickets to use.
