Underticketing
The following fees apply if the parcel does not match the equivalent weight or measurement limits for the purchased postage:
- Standard Underticketing Fee: $5.50 excluding GST, plus unpaid postage
- Courier Pack Underticketing Fee (for items incorrectly ticketed as Track Packs or Courier Packs instead of parcels): The difference between the correct size and the ticketed size, plus an administration fee of $5.50 excluding GST
Dangerous Goods non-compliance
If a parcel containing dangerous goods does not comply with our Dangerous Goods requirements, a non-compliance fee of $9.50 excluding GST will apply.
* Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery between some major towns and cities, and to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. Head to the delivery targets support page for more info.
** Maximum parcel size and weight: 25kg weight limit, 0.125m³ volume, 1.5m in length
*** Please note Saturday delivery is not available for rural (RD) addresses.
